DriveClear Jamaica E‑Sign Disclosure

This disclosure explains your consent to electronic records, notices, service communications, and electronic actions used to show your approval.

Version driveclear-account-legal-v5 · Effective September 24, 2026

1. Consent to electronic communications

By accepting the current DriveClear legal package, you consent to receive DriveClear service communications electronically. These can include agreements, disclosures, verification messages, security notices, case updates, quotes, invoices, receipts, payment notices, requests for information, and other communications connected to your account or requested service. Monitoring change/deadline alerts are an included service communication only while the related Monitoring subscription is ACTIVE.

Optional advertising or promotional marketing is handled separately and is not required to receive ordinary DriveClear services.

2. How communications may be delivered

Electronic communications may be delivered through the DriveClear website, client portal, email address connected to your verified account, downloadable PDF, or another electronic channel you separately authorize.

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current.

3. Electronic signatures and approvals

Where DriveClear states that an action records your approval, actions such as checking an agreement box, pressing an acceptance button, submitting an authenticated form, accepting a quote, or confirming an instruction may be recorded as your electronic signature or electronic consent.

DriveClear may retain the agreement version, date and time, authenticated user, audit identifier, and hashed security metadata associated with that approval.

4. Documents that require additional formalities

Electronic acceptance does not remove a legal requirement for a document to use a particular form, witness, notarization, attorney execution, court filing method, identity proof, or other formality. Where additional formalities are required, DriveClear or the relevant attorney/authority may require a separate document or process.

5. Hardware and software requirements

To use DriveClear electronically, you need an internet-connected device, a reasonably current web browser, access to the verified email account connected to your DriveClear account, and the ability to view ordinary web pages and PDF documents.

You should keep a way to save or print records you want to retain outside the portal.

6. Paper copies

You may save or print electronic agreements and notices displayed by DriveClear. Where a paper copy is reasonably available and required, you may request assistance through the client portal. DriveClear may charge only a reasonable disclosed cost where producing or delivering a special paper copy creates an actual cost.

7. Withdrawing electronic communications consent

You may ask to withdraw consent to future electronic communications through the client portal. Because DriveClear is primarily an online service, withdrawal may prevent or limit continued use of services that require electronic notices, account verification, records, or approvals.

Withdrawal applies prospectively. It does not invalidate electronic records, signatures, consents, or transactions completed before the withdrawal became effective.

8. Updating your contact details

You agree to promptly update your email or contact information through the client portal when it changes. A communication sent to the verified contact information on file may be treated as delivered in accordance with applicable law and the relevant service rules.

9. Relationship to other DriveClear documents

This E‑Sign Disclosure forms part of the DriveClear legal package together with the User Agreement, Service Authorization, Privacy Statement, and Fees & Refunds Policy.

These terms describe DriveClear Jamaica's administrative service. They do not create an attorney-client relationship and do not replace legal advice from a licensed attorney-at-law.
